WiP Demon Mine has been completed.

I have been working diligently on my WiP Demon Mine and I have to say I am excited to announce that at 1:30 in the morning I typed the last words.  The MS sits comfortably at 23,839 words.  My first goal was just to get to 20k, so let me tell you I was excited to to surpass that goal.  Now mind you there is still editing to be done and then for me to submit it.  But I am so excited and nervous (lol and scared–just being honest).

Demon Mine has been a great journey for me and it marks my first actual MS that I have completed on my own (other than the MS I completed at the age of 13 LOL which a friend promptly lost).  I am so proud of this MS for so many reasons.
 1. It’s my own accomplishment.
2.  I absolutely love the story  and the characters.
3.  My journey as a writer has finally come full circle (and will continue).

I have so many people that have helped me along on my writing journey and I will never be able to thank you enough other than to say that I pledge to pay it forward. You’re kindness and friendship inspires me to do the same.  You all have encouraged me, beta read for me, edited for me and just been my friend through all of this.
I hope that you all know how much it is appreciated .

So I wanted to let you meet the characters. Liliana Jackson and her dark fallen angel the demon Samael.

Samael is a fallen angel doomed to repeat his life and love for Lilianna Jackson over and over again. That is until she finally remembers who she is and the reason for the curse that has befallen them both. For you see, Lilianna was once Lilith the first wife of Adam and the lover of Samael. Are they doomed to keep repeating the past? Or will their be a new future for the reincarnated lovers?

These two have been so fun to write.  Along with the other characters that are within the pages of Demon Mine and yes asking for their own stories to be told.  I love the journey of writing and I plan to visit it often.  Thank you my friends.  I will keep you updated on how editing goes, and whether or not Demon Mine get’s accepted.

Six Sentence Sunday— Purr

Hello everyone to my 6 sentences for 6 Sentence Sunday.

This is another work in progress titled Purr.  It is a Interracial F/F shifter paranormal erotic romance (boy that’s a mouthful) I am working  on.

Stalking her prey had never been easier.  The human girl made it easy.  She was out in the open and it was night.  She was deliciously naked even, as her feet dipped into the water at the lakes edge.  The human girl that Sasha had been wanting forever.  Sasha crouched low in the grass as she peered through the overly longish blades of grass at the buxom form of her quarry.

I hope you have enjoyed this little snippet of Purr.

Six Sentence Sunday-Demon Mine continued

Last week I shared 6 sentences from my work in progress Demon Mine.  This week is going to be a continuation of that conversation that my hero Samael is having with the heroine’s sister Eva.  (If you need to, you can go back and find the beginning of the conversation here:
Now on to my new six below!

“Instead of wanting me!  He wanted her!”  The venom in those words were like icy talons dragging across his skin.

“So you spend every waking moment, every time she is reincarnated trying to sabotage Lili and I.”  The only proof of his annoyance was the shifting of his stance.

“Yes, it is what I live for after all.”

Six Sentence Sunday

Here is my six sentences from my WiP (work in progress)—Demon Mine.  This is the hero Samael talking to the heroines (Liliana) sister Eva.

“I will never stop, Sami.”  She smirked as his lips turned down and his eyes darkened in anger. “Liliana needs to learn that what she did to me was wrong.”

“What the hell did she do to you?  She left Adam, which made it possible for you to be…to exist.”

“No, she made it so, the man who should have been mine, pined away the rest of his days over her!
